He does still get in some good positions early in games, but fluffs his lines. Then retreats into timidity. The back pass to no one last game was my point of no return w him. In his case, I’d ignore not having another RW and play Spence, Bergvall, Sarr, etc.

I floated this idea weeks ago; before it became fashionable this week.
The only decent thing about Porro is his crossing.

And there's no doubt about it, Spence is a better defender than Porro. Maybe the reason RDZ has stuck with Porro is because he can drift inside and make progressive passes. It has to be why Muani has kept his place.
I think you'll find quite a few of us thought the idea of playing Porro up front last season - seems an obvious solution to playing Spence in his best position, and Porro looks comfortable out wide.
