Big clubs - and I include us - can keep their friggin mouths shut. For decades they've had the decisions, and VAR hasn't changed anything, it was just the PL's way of faking to understand lesser teams & their fans.
Not a conspiracy to imagine that the PL wants to safeguard its crazy revenue, and for that you need your big clubs at the top, so you find a subtle way to make your refs understand and apply. Heck, if the PL revenue goes to shit, what are refs gonna do...what's good for the big teams is good for them. Clubs too will always find discreet & indirect ways to keep a ref sweet.

1 - the "German cunt" and "hate all scousers" comments.
2 - There was already conspiracy theories abounding (mainly from Liverpool fans) that he was biased gainst them.
I fail to understand how anyone can watch the glee with which he denegrates the team, manager and city without thinking that there's a possibly that those situations are affected by these biases.
1- yep, that's not good agreed. On the subtitles it said 'Jurgen cunt' but yep, anyway. The hates scousers bit is added by the 'mate' I don't think he says anything like it.
2- Liverpool fans love a conspiracy obviously. Looks like the games he has been involved with recently (since, depending on when it was actually filmed?) have mostly if not all been Liverpool wins. Not sure if anything controversial in those.

The man is hero. All fans that go to Anfield should show their appreciation for him. I wished he had called Klopp a cunt to his face though. The way that man speaks to refs in disgusting . He won’t referee in the PL no more, which is a shame for him but I don’t see why he can’t ref in the championship.
