I don't want to post this, but if you think there's no chance we'll go down, not only do you need to look at our form but also the astonishing stories of Schalke amd Hamburg. Both, like us, are big clubs.
In 2021 Schalke were relegated for the first time in over three decades. They came straight back up, but were relegated again. Last season, they survived relegation to the german third tier by the skin of their teeth.
They're currently top of Bundesliga.2, but it is, arguably the worst period in the club's history.
Another example is Hamburg's relegation in 2018, first time in Bundesliga history, they only got promoted back up last season after 7 years in the abyss. They have endured the worst period in their history.
I get the positivity of people thinking we won't go down or we could come straight back up. However, as seen in Germany, this could see no simple solution and years of pain and misery.
We really are looking down the barrel of the gun.

Looks like we are in last chance saloon. 2 defeats to Liverpool and Atletico. Then Sean Dyche/Redknapp style manager comes in. If Forest or West Ham can pull of a win, we will be in the drop zone.
