if we make a manager change it gives an uplift and its someone whos gonna come in and get everything right, tactics and lineups need to be spot on for 7 games....im hoping! playing league 1 and championship players will get us relegated, hopefully whoever is in charge cuts all that shit out and puts our 'best' 11 out and it works!

I think there will actually be riots if/when we go down. It won't be as bad as it could be because we're not in France or Italy with a proper ultras group, but it'll be really nasty. To go from 5th to relegated in just two seasons is appalling.

This is why we need to take action over the next three weeks. We need to get buy in from the players we'd love to keep.
The leadership team aren't it.
Get Archie, Bergvall, Xavi and Tel down and tell them they are it. Get Richy, Danso and Souza involved.
Tell them that they are the foundation.
They are the core to build around.
They need to fight and need to lead.
