Possibly clutching at straws, but I really hope Leeds are on the beach when we play them. They're essentially safe already, but will surely be mathematically done before our game.

The problem is that this Spurs team have shown that they can't beat anyone - even on their worse day. Leeds could play the under 19s squad, and this Spurs team would still find a way to not pick up the 3 points.
The only players that look like they can make something happen in the final 3rd are Xavi and Tel, but they are not yet up to the required level for doing the defensive responsibilities. Throw Porro into the mix; and the left side is poorly defended, and the CB's get out numbered when the ball gets put into danger areas.
For that matter they have ground out the hard yards for a long while now. If they achieve safety the intensity can only drop, and they are not especially filled with quality.
I've generally been down on our chances of survival but there was a marked improvement against Brighton who are the league's form team.
That performance under De Zerbi wasn't the same shite we'd seen under Frank and Tudor - it looked like genuine progress.
Squad obviously still has major issues, like you've described, but I think we're starting to see hints of a new Spurs. If we beat Wolves and Leeds are all but safe after beating/drawing with Burnley, I reckon we'll do em.

The conditioning of the team seems a worry. We can be the best team for 85 minutes; and then collapse in the dying stages. Biss, Spence, Udogie, Richarlison, RKM are always incapable of more than 1 hour. Bentencur just back from injury; and Madisson will likely give 20 mins at best. Even with 5 subs - can we actually see out 90+ minutes of football?
Professional athletes shouldn't be collapsing from cramp. Xavi put in a MOTM performance against Atletico; then was rested (dropped??) for Forest and Sunderland. A 4 week break, with just a short 1 hour friendly for Holland a couple of weeks back. He should be fit as a fiddle.
This once again points to the Spurs staff being unable to get players fit. 2 weeks rest/preparation; and unable to play a full game.
This cost Spurs the 3 points and hopefully the club sees the root cause of many issues is the inept medical & conditional team.

If Forest draw with Bournemouth who are likely to be still pushing for a European place then I can see all three teams finishing on 38 points. It's funny because one point from our next two games will seem terminal. But 38 for me with our superior GD (so long as we don't get tonked somewhere) is the magic number. If it comes down to the last game then matching WH results will be all we need to do. Still feels like a tall order though.

Just watching the Talksport Spurs Show and they're saying something we should all be wary of.
If we go down, there's at least half of the 24 teams down there that haven't played us in a league game for decades, if at all. They're going to act like West Ham home and away against us and treat it like the biggest games of their lives.

I hope the key with them is if theyre in the final or not. If they are, then I believe we play them 5 days before the final so zero chance their players will go all out to try and win if they are safe, theyll all want to save themselves and their intensity for the final.
things are sort of lining up well for us if we beat wolves, Villa game in between two semi finals where they will have to rest players, leeds hopefully safe and in a cup final, win those 3 I think well stay up, plus Chelsea are in free fall, have an u21s manager, players all want out, and once they hopefully lose the cup semi final will be so demorlaised.
There's also the fact that if we win these games, it makes West Ham more nervous.
Hang on, Opta still gives Leeds a 0.25% chance of relegation.
Realistically it's us or West Ham. Hopefully Brady's departure won't cause a huge good-vibes bounce.
