Doesn't fly.

If that was the case, Maddison would have gotten a penalty.

Our first of the season!
That we require a temporal causality loop. Im saying the current media barrage as exemplified by every West Ham media whore from Danny Dyer to James Corden rushing to microphones to ring this particular narrative bell. They are attempting to front load the game against Newcastle and Chelsea and I think it will work. We have simply become that kind of country.

Nah, won't work.

We've had nothing go our way all season, and if there was an agenda we'd have got some sweets, especially in this final stretch.

Instead - nada.

They can push it -- expect them to -- but it just doesn't ring true.

The only thing they have to point to is that one incident and nothing else.

Agendas have more than one suss decision about them.

If they could point to a handful of howlers going against them then it would hold weight.

Very weak as it stands.

Pushing their fat boys out to gob off about it ain't gonna work, either.

If we score goals and win our games none of their cringe whining matters, anyway.

More than anything I wanna see us play like we did against Villa in these last two games.

If we do that we'll be ok.

And there's no reason for them not to apply themselves like that.

I think you're misunderstanding me. I dont think it matters if it holds any water. We are in End game now, so any leverage that can be applied to the decision makers will be attempted. There's been a crazy amount of West Ham talking heads suddenly singing from the same hymn sheet. Its not a coincidence its a strategy. We need to let thd powers that be know we ate wise to it and aren't allowing it

I don't think flooding the zone will work.

That's my point.

RDZ got in front of it in the last post-match and was very pointed in saying it was "200% a foul" on Raya.

If you're expecting the club to launch an effective counter (via talking heads) - forget it.

Imbeciles.

RDZ might well highlight it again in next presser tho.

And, again, I don't think it will move the needle in the VAR room (ref), ultimately.

Had a Villa fan on a Spurs youtube video after we beat them, claiming they're being held back by the "cabal 6"
He's probably referring to the limitations on their spending power.
Many Newcastle fans I know (one side of my family is Geordie) are absolutely convinced there is a cabal involving the BIG 6 conspiring to prevent the likes of them and Villa becoming top 6 regulars and breaking up the monopoly.

We’ve had 2 yrs out of the top 6. Chelsea are out this season. Villa need to do something about it. Build a new stadium so they can increase their revenue like a certain London club did.
Stop paying 85% of their revenue in wages. Saudis shouldn’t own a club, same for Abu Dhabi. Couldn’t do it in most countries.

We just had to beat Leeds at home . That was literally the whole season in one game and we shat our pants . These players just don’t have the bollocks to get over the line and want to rely on other teams to keep us up . That’s the hard truth .

Yeah, my Newcastle mate says a lot hate Spurs and the Spammers because we pushed for the Associated Party Transaction rules and similar. It meant they couldn’t buy their way to success in the same way City and Chavs have.

So it means ; across more than a hundred games ; we have to take 500 more touches in the opposing penalty area to get a penalty than Chavski ( who are hardly a route 1 team ) ; it does seem a bit odd to my eyes , if I’m being honest .
One thing I'd say is I think our players , for the most part, seem remarkably poor at buying penalties. Madders is perhaps an exception. Took him 10 mins on the pitch and he had generated a good shout for a pen. We miss Kane!
