I have no problem with the quality of the recent incomings, but Bergvall and Gray are kids. It's not fair on them to heap all this expectation on them. They needed to be supplemental to our senior players, not a replacement for senior players. We're going to wreck these kids before they properly develop.

It was not a good summer window, and I really hope Lange, Levy and Ange dont think it was. But I'm sure they do.
The plan was never to play them like this it appears that they are holding up so well due to their youth but I am worried it may catch up with them down the line.Jeez imagine if Gray gets a really serious injury.

It makes me smile that relegation is a serious topic for Tottenham.
Some may say it is panicking but in football it is a topic that is being talked about.
Who da thunk it start of the season that the mighty Spurs are in the mix.

And it’s insane Gray has ended up playing so many minutes at CB. None in midfield!

If at the start of the season we had signed an 18 year old RB and said “hey don’t worry we aren’t going to bother signing any more CBs, this kid is going to cover that position” everyone would have been up in arms.

Yet here we are. Feel sorry for him as he doesn’t even have an experienced head next to him!

I wonder if people remember how much better Dawson looked when he played next to King. That type of match day experience around you is priceless.

Instead Archie gets a 21 year old Gk and a 23? Year old CB to play with.
You couldn’t make it up.

Talk about a baptism of fire in Premier league football.

Ahem, isn't that what he's currently doing to us??

This is really gonna hurt, but, short of radical changes to the league structure, I don't think there's much that can be done. Our best hope is for a change in attitude, maybe a desire to cash-out and do something else, by the successors of Levy and Lewis, or an exorbitant offer made for the club (which I don't think even exists a realistic suitor for at this time).

I do believe Levy and Lewis would charge at least 100% premium for whatever the club valuation is on paper were they actually to be bought out, which I think is a figure so sickening even in the footballing world no one even feels interested enough to seriously inquire.

In other words we're gonna be here awhile- best make yourself comfortable.

Well, there is no use in getting angry at speculation and things they haven't done!

Let's focus on the real problem - inability to sign decent players,
Bearing in mind ALL top end footballers want champions lge.
Can you give me a really poor signing in the last year .. I'll give you draga aint the greatest but the rest
pretty decent

Yep agree about the kids, it just isn't fair to put them in week in and week out...BUT if they have the mental strength to get through it . They'll be all the stronger for it... But it's in the balance and it really shouldn't be.. though bergvall is SO one footed he can be found out pretty easily. And if I notice it, I'm bloody sure the opponents pro stat/tactics boys will be all over it.
