Newcastle have lost 5 of their last 6.
And during that 1 win, they lost Bruno

I did say they were in trouble of being dragged down to our level of gobshite

I’m not sure if people remember Norwich in 94/95. They were 7th at Christmas and their keeper broke his leg. ( well Stuart Pearce did).
The owners decided not to buy a new keeper.
They won one of their next 20 games and went down.
Every week they said they would snap out of it and find form…..
We are two wins in 18 and don’t look like winning again. People on here calling us realists as bedwetters is laughable . It can happen to us.
Because you are bedwetting and not being realistic.

Bed wetting is saying West Ham are really good and getting something out of the game, whilst 3-0 down and going on to concede 5.

bed wetting is thinking we are almost certain for relegation when Opta has us as about 4%

Bed wetting is thinking that Forest and West Ham have all of a sudden signed prime Messi and Ronaldo and going on an unbeaten run for the rest of the season.

You are not being realistic at all, despite what you erroneously may believe. You are being totally hyperbolic.

West Ham are in the bottom 3 for a reason, West ham conceded 5 today for a reason, they are just not a very good side. The fixture list they have could well not see them even gain another point for a month. Opta have them at 80% to go down with Forest at 15%.
This is for a reason, and is a lot more realistic than your position.

Things have to get a hell of a lot worse for us to get to the bed wetting stage you are at, and as far as I can tell things should improve for us with returning players

West Ham and Forest do not have be playing like prime Barcelona or “signing prime Ronaldo or Messi” to overtake us the league. You know that, and it’s a great irony that you call other posters hyperbolic by insinuating that.

The thing that worries me and a lot of other fans is that both sides have been playing better than us and showing more fight than us in games for a while now + we have an unimaginably bad injury crisis and not much time to allow it to resolve.

Imo we’ve been playing the worst football in the league for a long time now. Even Wolves and Burnley are more competitive than us for the last few months.

We have the worst squad in my 38 years of being a spurs fan. A shower of pussies. Solanke and his sore throat can fuck off. So can that psychotic idiot Romero. VDV the lanky moody prick can go too. None of them deserve the badge or or support.

Leeds get nothing at home to Citeh. Today was positive for our chances to say up.

As of now the ai analyst says

Leeds 2.45%
Spurs 3.84%
Forest 21.73%
Spam 72.78%

We'd certainly pass Leeds with a win tomorrow, and if it were combined with a loss by Forest away to Brighton I would consider this a two horse race to the bottom

Go through the thread.

Some so called fans will be disappointed at today's results, for reasons best known to them. As a clue, consider those who haven't posted.

If you support this club, nothing is negative about the results.

And if (big if), we win tomorrow then we are further away from that worst of scenarios.

A win tomorrow would be massive for many reasons. Clearly, we’d move that much closer to safety but also I think it would allow the squad to relax a bit and hopefully feel as though we don’t have to bin off the CL ties coming up.

We should be relishing the opportunity we have in the last 16 of the CL with a fairly wide open side of the draw. I desperately want to make a run in the comp but obviously PL safety is first priority. A win or two would clear things up nicely.

Over the last 12 games we're comfortably bottom of the league. People are suffering delusions of granduer.

100%.

The CL is the gloss and 3 or 4 points from the next 2 games would help free up the CL attempt.

Tomorrow has become a bit easier that's for sure.
