Spurs are currently the worst team in the league.

We deserve to go down.

We are shit and I personally hate a good chunk of our own players.

They are cheating the Spurs supporters.

I really think Tudor should consider fielding a team of young players away at Liverpool.

If we don't beat Palace at home Tudor will probably be sacked after the trip to Anfield.
He needs to be. He's had no new manager bounce. He needs to go if we don't beat Palace and give just a little bit of time for the new guy to get us resembling some sort of football team.

He needs to go after three matches? What are you smoking?!? We can’t keep blaming and firing managers!! It’s on the players at this point,

Tudor must stay until end of the season, the bed has been made, we lie in it now.

They will win the home games against Wolves, Everton and Leeds.

They actually have a great set of away days - Fulham will have a days less rest and nothing to play for. Newcastle will have fuck all to play for. Brentford fuck all to play for. Palace fuck all to play for - I reckon they get 5 points away and 9 at home - we would need 10 to finish above them.
It’s entirely the opposite. Brentford, Fulham and Everton all with European aspirations.

I know we may scoff at the Europa Conference League but I can assure you fans of those clubs don’t view it that way. European nights at a club like Brentford are once in a lifetime. They will all be well up for it.

Newcastle at St James is a very difficult fixture. And then you add on the 3 clubs top of the table.

Ffs, we took 17 pts from our first 9. Teams put together runs throughout a full season. It’s much more likely they fall flat than they pummel every team they come up against from now until the end of the year.

Win Thursday and I think the tide finally turns and we scratch enough points to stay up.

Lose and the negative momentum is a freight train and we go down.

A draw and its razor’s edge stuff.

Pinning hopes on the last 25 minutes yesterday w actual effort seen from Tel, Richy, and Gray. And gotta assume Danso is fit to start - Dragusin has to go.

And after the first 15 games we were 11th.

Same players, same league. Like I said, form is temporary and class is permanent. The players are better than they've been the last couple of months and have no doubt we will not be relegated.
What "class"?
We've got less points than West Ham or Forest over the last 12 months.

12 months is a massive amount of data to draw from. Where is this "class"? When does form stop being "form" and when does it just become our "norm"?

There were moments when I thought it would be Forest instead, as the Spam seemed to have dragged themselves off the deck and found some fight but that moment was brief.

If we run the same numbers for them as we've been doing for ourselves, where are their points to come from?

Only four of their remaining games are against the bottom half — Palace, Newcastle, Leeds, and Wolves - and Wolves turned them over just a few weeks ago. Leeds is the final day, and the Spam will likely be relegated by then.

So tell me — where are they finding the 5 they need to pass us, even if we somehow fail to collect a single additional point?

They are so woeful that we may be safe already, in truth. Chances are even that they do not collect even 5 I suspect.
You should watch more football, or even look at the form table since the turn of the year. Spam have been playing like a top-half side since that point. Guess who is bottom?

Again, across the first 15 matches we were 11th. Across the last 13, we've been last. We're also 4th in the CL table. That, too, is an aberration - but another data point.

We're not far off where we belong in the league, but we won't be relegated.

On this corresponding match week last year we drew with Bournemouth 2-2, fighting back in the second half after going two goals down. We were in 13th; had 34 points; +14 GD; and were 17 points clear of "relegation".

We would go on to win the Europa League Final. Meaning Champion's League football.

But the defensive injury crisis which was now, finally, over had shown just a how fragile our squad was. We could not have been given a more timely or obvious warning about the dangers of fighting on multiple fronts with a lack of requisite quality or depth in our team.

We were warned.

And yet here we are. Another injury crisis. On our second manager of the season. Four fucking points off the relegation zone. Winless in 11. Leaking goals for fun. Struggling to score at all. A completely demoralised playing group.

Every single choice made by this club since that night in Bilbao has been a catastrophic failure. Every appointment; every signing; every LACK of signing when it was clearly needed; all of it has been a complete disaster from the second the final whistle went and Son held that Cup aloft.

And we were warned. That's the bit that hurts the most. We were warned and we didn't listen and we made those choices anyway and it's all led to this. The fucking hubris of it all is off the scale.

It's all self-inflicted. A long drawn-out slow motion fucking calamity.

If we somehow get out of this, an entire Royal fucking Commission needs to be held into making sure we never ever make these mistakes again.

Rant over.
I'm willing to say that this is worse than anything under Ange. At least we looked exciting and created chances.
