Leeds,despite losing some momentum recently, also have enough winnable games to reach the 40 mark.
I mean, they’d only need to win 3 of the following:

Brentford
Wolves
Bournemouth (A)
Burnley
Tottenham (A)
Brighton
West Ham (A)
Seems very doable to me.
