Have to borrow that "no one likes us, we don't care" chant perhaps. Rally around that banner as everyone wants to kick us when we're down.

I know cunt-offs are a thing for us, but it really is only us supporters left for ourselves :angehug: And if we think about it, the club is all about the fans, not the players, not the managers, not the owners who come and go - the fans who stick around no matter what. ENIC forgot this, or they arguably never understood this, and that's why the club finds itself in the state it's in. The fans care about the football, and ENIC needed to have cared about the football above all else.

If THFC is going to have the resilience to somehow bounce back after all this, it will have to be with the support of the fans.

Spam earning a point vs. Citeh makes only the smallest of differences:

Leeds 7.62%
Spurs 16.53%
Forest 29.60%
Spam 46.52%

All eyes on Forest's home tie with Fulham tomorrow.
Please stop posting this shit, those Opta stats are putrified turd on toast.

We might stay up, but I will guarantee you now West Ham aren’t dropping. They’re in a run of games that on paper was their hardest - Liverpool away, Fulham away, Man City Home, Villa away - they’ve got 4 points already. It’s more or less plain sailing for them after Villa.

Those Opta stats may as well be compiled by my dog

Flipping cheek if that’s true from Simons as he’s hardly been pulling up trees!
When Arse win yet again in injury time and Spam muster literally 1 shot all match v City’s 25 shots yet still draw you know the footballing gods hate you. It’s trips to Sincil Bank and The Valley next year I am afraid. It may sound harsh but I hope that these overpaid, overhyped pussies that choose to leave rather than stay and fight to right the mess that they have got us into are given a bit of the Sol Campbell treatment if they ever return to play against us with their new clubs when we get back into the top flight. When you compare us to Spam, Forest and Leeds the lack of effort from some this year has been a disgrace

Why is there a lack of effort? One reason is because the club execs are a disaster and have left the players rudderless under two incompetent managers, and injury ravaged frequently missing 10 or so players without an adequate squad and missing a desire to achieve - no strategy or leadership

Players aren’t blameless but sorry, all roads lead to the board and the owners

Fuck their social media nonsense and bad bunny concerts, WWE wresting, feel the glory and fucking Iftars

One positive of relegation is knowing these cunts have overseen 1-2BN wiped off the value of their investment

Whilst it’s not over, we’re in last chance saloon after today. On paper our final 8 have 6 winnable games - the worry is we will almost certainly have to win 3 of them now and it could be 4. I definitely don’t see us winning 4.

All the momentum is against us, the Forest game is huge, if we don’t win that then it will be hard to find 3 wins in that final 7. We would be massively bucking our form to do so - new ma ager bounce or not. Add in 4 of the games would be away to Sunderland, Wolves, Villa and Chelsea - they’ve final 2 are write offs, Wolves are our bogey side and Sunderland have 3 home losses all season.

The Forest game is more or less a decider I think, beat them and we will just about do it. Lose or draw and we drop.

Has been a total shit show from top to bottom. The club has been mismanaged for a long time and the board/execs have forgotten that we are a football club and not just another money making sports centre/concert venue. However I still believe that our players available have a hell of a lot to answer for and should put their greedy self centred personal ambitions on the back burner to fight to keep us up and failing that remain with the club next season to get us back to where we should be. I for one won’t be politely applauding any that choose to leave should they return with other clubs in the future

Today's result changes nothing.

We are in the midst of the perfect storm - I hate to say it but I think we will fall comfortably short - injuries the straw that broke the camels back.

Well said - but if the worst happens their agents will be into their contact lists before you can say "pre season". Only consolation is that most of them have been so poor Im not sure we need to bust a gut to keep them.

We've got 4 points all year, I'd love to know what you're all smoking to just think we're going to be fine, based on nothing but thoughts and prayers.
Things might happen in the league, we might get a while point by seasons end of we're lucky!
I like you as a poster, you’re pretty clued up on football but the incessant we’re going down thing you’re doing is getting tiring. We may well do, but if we all just accept we’re going down we absolutely will do. The stadium won’t have any fight at all. Form can change, players can come back. Something can happen. It’s football, small margins

If only our team had the balls to realise it.

I honestly think we are going down , have said so since the loss against West Ham
That was a really poor game to lose, and if we do go down, as much as failing to bring in more players in the window, the abject failure to sack Frank will renain as the biggest crime against our best interests I have ever seen.

Not that it changes anything now, plenty of posters were fully in favour with Frank having that game as we had won in the CL.I wasn't but so what now.

My own view is that there wil be a twist. What that looks like I'm unsure, but we can't possibly continue to lose games, surely.

Our only hope is at least a draw against Forest and then the likes of Kudus, Bergvall, Udogie and perhaps Madders back in short order followed by several wins.
