The pressure is suddenly off them which is dangerous for us IMO. They've won 4 of their last 6 and only lost 1 in 9. They're unbeaten away from home since January (whilst we haven't won at home since December). They are also very keen to help get us relegated. Whilst De Zerbi has made a massive difference ot how we ar eplaying, and I do expect us to win, we have almost nothing from the bench in attack, and in the last 3 games we've been backs to the wall last 10-15 mins struggling to keep the ball as tiredness kicks in. Leeds are a big, athletic team and Calvert Lewin always plays well against us. He will be a proper handful for Danso.
With this Leeds team it's much more dangerous if they needed to win this game to ensure survival.

Raya was fouled, but honestly saw 2 fouls prior to that not called.

Well, helps our bid to stay up.
They usually ignore all the pushing and pulling unless it affects players who are going to play the ball and ball is in close proximity, the keepers shirt was being pulled and there was an arm across his throat. He was about to either catch or punch the ball.
Rice was rugby tackling a West Ham player but the ball was never getting near him.

Looks like Newcastle are going into experimental mode for the rest of the season looking ahead to next year. Gordon has been an unused sub in their last three matches as Howe says he's "looking to the future." Wouldn't rule out spam winning up there so we really need to be beating leeds tomorrow. If we don't win it's squeaky bum time again.

Leeds may remember the match where we sent them down a couple of years ago with Lucas Moura’s solo swan song sealing the deal.

We need to be fully up for a very difficult game.
I doubt any/many of the team that got relegated will be playing tomorrow, and let's be honest here, Leeds are one of the few clubs with zero to play for.

Their job is done so whilst I think being up for the game is essential, it's also against an opponent who might have little or no motivation.

I guess the key is to be fully pumped and hope Leeds think no thanks.
