Nah not this one. We have plenty of legitimate complaints this season, that was nothing like any of them, it was a 50/50 decision. I know we never seem to get those in our favour, but it certainly wasn't a stone wall penalty like some are making out. Let's not make shit up - we don't need to, we've got more than enough legitimate complaints to start making them up.
I think it was. He saw the ball coming from miles away , lent towards the ball and hung his arm out further away from his body, not a long way out but certainly enough to give the penalty. He has time to move his arm out the way so why didn't he ? He moved it towards the ball.

Very slightly, and still very close to his body, an opinion shared with pretty much any commentator or online source, and plenty of Spurs fans on here. I'm not saying it couldn't have been given, it definitely could - but it's nowhere near "stone wall", and nowhere near some of the horrendous injustices we've suffered this season. If we're going to complain about decisions, we need to pick our battles in order not to be laughed out of town before we have a chance to state our case.

Spam coming back into this now.

If Newcastle hold on for the win here and we can get even a draw at the chav scum it would be amazing. Although even with a +13 goal difference on West Ham I'd still fee nervous going into the last going knowing Spurs

Fair point but we have plenty of those this season.

Yes we do have plenty of those 50/50s this season, but if we're going to make some kind of complaint (which, let's face it, we won't anyway) we'd be better to concentrate on the stone wall stuff, not arguable stuff like this. It wasn't a big controversy like many of our dodgy decisions this season. I understand that emotions are high, and that's why people are reacting so much to every little perceived injustice, but I would hope the club would be smarter than that. (Not that we have any recent history of the club doing anything smart 😂 ).

I still can't believe a lot of fans on here turned their noses up when we were linked to Summerville.
We'd be nowhere near this shit show if we took him off them in January.

Newcastle were generally very good against us under Ange, in that they were happy to let us have the ball and just wait for the inevitable opening.

And very similar here. When Newcastle do break, it's just so easy to pass their way through the middle, all the WH players jog back to the box, no one puts any pressure on the opponent until they reach the box, it's an insanely passive way to defend, and even though WH have been better since the second goal, they will still concede more if they don't put pressure on the Newcastle midfielders casually playing one-twos from the halfway line to the WH penalty area...
