100% with you mate. It's been horrendous. Beyond belief.

Nothing good about this at all. Nothing.
i cant help thinking though that staying up, if we do it, will feel so good because it really has been a serious risk. And sending West Ham down would be great because although I don't take the rivalry seriously, they do, they always raise their game against us, and it's better for us next season if they are gone. Plus, Imagine the last day Woolwich bottle the league, could totally happen, and so if they occurs, and IF we stay up, you'd have to laugh wouldn't you.

I probably would to, but there's a slight hope he might just connect with De Zerbi and transform.

I've question marks over Porro, Spence and Bentancur as well. And Dragusin I'd happily let go.

But the five I've mentioned have had enough chances and are clearly not good enough.

Id Keep Bentancur and Palhinha. You need reliability and bravery. When Bissouma moves on let’s go for Hayden Hackney.

Vicario, Richarlison, RKM, Bissouma, Sarr I'd be moving on without question.

Obviously there's other who may well get moved on and rightly so, but those five would be first up imo.

They've all had countless opportunities. Not good enough.
I’d be prioritising getting rid of any ‘bad eggs’ first. I can only guess who they may or may not be, but I bet RDZ is taking a good look.

If we survive and it’s still a big if the below would be my big moves out play the likes of fringe players like Solomon.

Vicario
Richy
Bissouma
Sarr
Kolo Mauni
Romero (Vuskovic has to come in)
Dragusin

Romero, Udogie, Porro, Solanke, Dragusin, Odobert...even Bentancur & Tel to be honest.

Really don't care much for Kudus either.

You keep Kinsky, Udogie, Van De Ven, Vuskovic, Bentancur, Palhinha, Gallagher, Tel, Maddison, Xavi Simons, Odobert, Kudus, Kulusevski, Solanke.

Give Souza, Gray, Bergvall, Moore loans.

Open to offers and sell everyone else.

14 kept players from a 22 man squad. Danso perhaps so 15 kept. 7 new signings need to be made minimum for me.

Ok I've read quite a few pages on this thread and it's obvious that the club have not only nearly relegated us , but have caused us (Me Included) a lot of embarrassment with our peers .

I can't get my head around the fact that they left it far too long to push the button on Thomas Frank , and even went on camera to say we wasn't going to panic and we were going to stay the course - and even then when they did finally push the button they replaced him with someone everyone that I knew - had to google to find out who the fuck he was . They left it too long to push the button on him too and that was after just a few games .

They've made themselves look like amateurs at the whole business when we're classed as one of the big 6 . I've been facing dogs abuse over how shit we've been run . Then - Finally after some good old fashion temptation they've got us a manager that will take us forwards . Not until next season , but he's a great manager and we should do everything in our power to keep him at the club .

We need a plan and a structure . We need to identify top talent and get them to come to the club (no more second choice players to try to satisfy the Manager/supporters) I think for example when we went for Bruno Fernandes a few seasons ago , and ended up with Gedson Fernandes - that was a real insult to the supporters - the club were trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes . I want us to be able to say to our targets we're aiming for silverware and actually succeed in doing that .

The club need to listen to Roberto De Zerbi and bring in the players he wants to fulfil his philosophy . We need to get the academy players playing the same style football as the first team so when the time comes for them to get their chance to impress RDZ they already know the demands and the structure .

This won't happen within a few months , it will take until the January transfer window for RDZ to work out who don't cut it and who we need to come in . One things for certain - If we fuck him around he'll walk out on us .

We've had 2 bottom 4 finishes on the spin , we need to shift the deadwood , abandon the wage structure that causes problems getting players , and stop buying kids hoping they'll turn into top players . Luka Vuskovic will be with us next season so that's one good player at least for RDZ to get his philosophy over to . We have some of the academy players that are out on loan that will come back for RDZ to cast his eye over and see if any of them are ready for first team football with our first team squad .

It's certainly been emotional this season - I've been to all the away games so have travelled home with the 3 points in the bag on many an occasion , I think the away form has helped keep my sanity , because the home form is/was so appallingly bad . I never boo but I certainly understand those that did boo at home games . It's a lot of money to pay , only to see us play so badly . But it's a new dawn it's a new day it's a fresh challenge . We have a great manager now .

We have 2 games left , so we need to get behind the team and up the SPURS

You maybe right and I think he's the perfect De Zerbi player but I think it's time to move on, for his and the club's sake.

He might be on top form but I can't have another year of refs refereeing him differently and having that thought at the back of my mind that he might see red, it's just time to move on now I think.

Surely we need a maximum of 1 point, not minimum. We might well not need any points, as there's no guarantee whatsoever that WH will win their last game. So we definitely don't need a minimum of 1 point. :/
That’s the spirit not. That complacency is what has got us where we are. No wonder we can’t win at home. Serious clubs wouldn’t talk like that. We can’t rely on spam lossing to Leeds at home. We need to go all out and get the job done Tuesday. No bigger incentive now. Chavs played a tough cup final as well.
