Been following Iraola longer than most on here and I still don’t see it.
Hes doing a great job at Bournemouth don’t get be wrong and he’d be a welcome target if we ever went after him but Poch, like most of biggest name coaches, has a massive charisma to him. Iraola is, in English and in public at least, a much more studious and careful character.
It’s one thing to get hungry, ambitious players in a tier below to get going for you but Poch is the type of character to get even the most complex egos going.
