Leaning to Richi. More likely to score both in open play and a set piece.We were better last year when he was in the team.
Solanke loses the ball less . They both press well.
 
solanke has been starved of proper service all year and is now looking like a striker low on confidence. richarlison is very limited but if you get the ball in the box he can produce, as he again proved tonight. solanke has a better all round game though.

our biggest concern is the wide players, odobert looks to have some good potential, thats literally all we got...some young kid with potential! not fucking good enough!!!

haaland would look shit if he was playing in this side. fuck all quality service.
 
Solanke for another season with someone playing off him, be it Tel, BJ, Sonny, or the very unlikely event that we get Mbeumo in.

Refuse to rate him as another dud until we get Ange out the door.
 
I like Richarlison more but he can never stay fit so it doesn't really matter.

I like Solanke lot as well but I am starting to get a bit underwhelmed. I don't know if we can keep on blaming the system anymore. I suppose we'll find out next season.
 
As things stand, I'd like to try a game with both.

Playing either of them solo in our current setup just nullifies them as an option on crosses since they have to wrestle both cbs at once. But one of the few perks of the formation change last night was that crosses suddenly became an option with both men on the field.

I'd sacrifice a midfielder to try it out.
 
Solanke for me but close enough. Richarlison looks like he'd score more goals but Solanke better all round game. If brennan or son are starting then solanke. If neither of brennan or son are playing, then I'd want Richarlison as we'd need aa goalscorer

He scored a good goal last night - Solanke has not produced anything as good as that in 30 times as many minutes.
If Richi is a pub player - what is Solanke? The truth is neither are anywhere near good enough . Richi can have a sloppy first touch - and Solanke is very limited and predictable.

We don't have to play with a big number 9 - most teams don't . This one is on Ange he refuses to play a false nine .
Kulu as a false nine would give us a lot more control, fluidity and creativity. We have nothing much to lose - Solanke barely touches the ball in most games .
