He has something about him, i'll give him that, he talks the talk , I get the feeling players would go to war for him, I still feel we got him a bit late, however whatever happens this season, as a club we need to back this guy 100% in the Summer, if we do go down lets flex our financial muscle, go big for players who would not only help us get straight back up but could be useful in the PL.

He has backbone. It's quite the contrast to Frank, Vinai and Lange who are jellyfish in comparison.

All wishful thinking, my man.

When's the last time we backed a manager 100%? How often that happened them past 25 years eh? And even if there was a will from the hierarchy and money available, you trust Vinnie & Lange to do the business?

Berta will be gone, you'll get Scotty Parker and like it. Same with Karl Darlow, Seamus Coleman, Ward-Prowse and Joel Piroe.

I agree and, I'm looking forward to next season under him but, it's going to be a long road back I'm afraid.
I read some comments this week from poch and hoddle talking about the club.
Both alluded to, the club not taking the next step.
We spend money but not on people who will make a difference.
It's going to be an all too familiar tale from Enic despite, the club being probably in the championship.
Even if they do stay up, it won't be any significant outlay to change the course of things.

I kinda liked what he said today ..
Shame he dug out Michael Bridge at the Press Conference, seeing as he IS a Spurs fan after all, AND that prick Ian Abraham (The Moose) was sitting there, smugly asking the next question!!

Anyway, I kinda get the "don't feel sorry for ourselves" mantra.... and that's all well and good AS LONG AS we stay up...
Otherwise there WILL be a lot of crying!

Tottenham boss De Zerbi has now added Enrico Venturelli, one of his trusted previous staff members, to his coaching staff ahead of the final weeks of the season.

Venturelli worked with De Zerbi at his three previous clubs, Marseille, Shakhtar Donetsk and Brighton, as one of his first team coaches.

The 45-year-old has plenty of experience, even working with FIFA and UEFA in football, while also working on the Olympic Games.

It's an incredibly important few weeks for Tottenham, and the players will need all the help they can get in the background.

I'm all for the idea and delivery of what seem like the right words. Even Frank for a short period, in his weird way of talking and Tudor offered words of promise, but the only thing that matters is what we see on the pitch.

I am not interested in soundbites.

Certainly another important development but just cannot shake the feeling it's all way, way too late. Nothing we can do now but hope for a near miracle, and that if we do go down, RDZ and his team are motivated to stay by the challenge of guiding Spurs back up.
