I have to say he has won me over. I see the same inscrutable obsession that the greats like Pep have to the game. He is far more rough & tumble than Pep, but I believe he has the same fire burning inside of him for the game. We can work with that.

Yeah he's very good. If we had delayed even one week with getting him in I honestly believe we would have been relegated, we have a huge debt to him now.

Good interview.

Liked him saying it felt better than winning a trophy. Coming from an experienced football person just shows you how silly the people are saying we should've all sat in silence when we won on Sunday

We are a different club when we have a good and suitable manager. Pochettino, Harry and now De Zerbi. Get a attacking and competent manager and players want to stay and things look up.

Its strange, its been a catastrophic season, 2 really in the league. We've a patchy injury prone squad and yet i feel more optimistic than i have since about 2017. There feels more togetherness as a fanbase and the players seem happier than for probably as long. After 7 games of a new manager.

I'm definitely at the most optimistic I've been since 2017. No Levy is key. A lot of the power he would have had is gone to RDZ now, especially after saving us. No way in hell RDZ on a 5 year contract happens with post-2018 Levy here.

Feels like we're moving in the right direction again for the first time in a decade.

If I have a concern on Kudus its his propensity to hold the ball too long.

I think its a part of his game, but I think also it was amplified by Franks non-football. With no support, no one to pass too - what else can he do?

He's played under a string of negative managers; leaving him little option but to play like a bulldozer.....

I'm actually intrigued to see what shape RDZ can coach him into.

Mental isn't it. We couldn't beat anyone before De Zerbi came in, we win 3 games out of 7, and unlucky not to have won more, and now it's, well we only beat this and that team, they are nothing special.

I mean, where the fuck have they been all season? We couldn't win a game for love or money, and now some fans are belittling our victories.
No doubt about it there are some weird fucks posting on here and some obvious trolls as well - and some seriously depressed people as well who seem to feed off each other spiralling downwards to dark regions that make me genuinely fear for their well being Can’t smile without you indeed

Makes him real unlike pep or that Woolwich weirdo - makes him spurs in my book.

Yeah he is hot headed and volatile and could walk at any minute but hoping to enjoy the ride and we at the very least are going to be good to watch

Exactly. Our squad acquisitions recently have been 12 months behind where they're needed. We desperately needed a dribbly winger (Kudus) and a high energy 8/10 in Gallagher for Postecoglou - only to then buy them for a mananger who didn't really want them or know how to properly use them in Frank...

Still I think both will be good for RDZ so it all worked out in the end :D

This is the part where even the more pessimistic amongst us have to admit that Spurs is one of the best clubs in the world to play for.

Premier League
Recently lifted European silverware
Now a top class manager

Wages are literally the only obstacle. Offer those and look after the agents, there’s only Real and Barca outside the Prem that most players would choose before Spurs

Exactly. We have everything to be good but clear football vision and an unrelenting desire for success. It wouldn’t take much to move us to a better place.
