Cut the rhetorics out it is ridiculous. Soldado made clear cut chances for himself, four goals, three assists, and countless key passes. Begovic got strong wind and a sleepy opposition gk.
This is as meaning less as the fact WBA scored and conceded the exact same amount of goals as we did this season and they're a point above the drop zone.

Yeah, it took an odd bounce and came in fast, but there are many strikers who do far more with less than that on a regular basis. When I watched the replays, I wondered if he was surprised by it making it's way past the defender. The cross from Lennon? I don't think so. The ball had a great speed and bounced just before reaching him, giving it a slight change of direction and height. Unfortunate that the ball hit his leg and not his foot.
Thanks for the video, nice to hear Tim praising our fans. ATM we have 11 injuries?http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/spurs-tv/interviews/delighted---tim-sherwood/
Sherwood says Soldado came off injured?!
Once again, I feel like you need to temper your expectations a bit. Thanks for the video, nice to hear Tim praising our fans. ATM we have 11 injuries?
Hopefully some are recovered by Woolwich, and more by Palace, so we can win both games, and still have plenty of players ready for the struggles beyond. Hope we can get in Long and Lescott quickly or similar back ups, would like to see both of them v Woolwich, either starting or on the bench.
I reckon his sight was impeded by the defender too.Yeah, it took an odd bounce and came in fast, but there are many strikers who do far more with less than that on a regular basis. When I watched the replays, I wondered if he was surprised by it making it's way past the defender.
