I always thought the Spaniard Mateu Lahoz was alright (at the international level), but I know he was a controversial figure within La Liga.

Likewise, w/ the Italian Daniele Orsato. "He was awarded by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFTHS) as best referee of 2020, and was chosen to officiate the opening game of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar between Qatar and Ecuador."

Think the source, was actually based on last season.

Him being overlooked, most of the season. Conte stayed, he would have agitated for a move.

The reporter was just months out of date, and, idiotic to think we’d allow a move there no matter his form or situation.

Big new 5year deal wouldn’t hurt settle people, but I never thought it had 1ounce of credibility (even before this renaissance).

Yeah it’s definitely not credible and a new contract seems fair
 
“Gunners”- don’t get why so many are so enamored of their club- think it has to do at least somewhat with their subconscious understanding of the cannon/gun symbol as a surrogate penis, commingled with the violence and potency implied by the gun/penis, and therefore it becomes a substitute for their own personal impotency, both sexually and in their day to day existence. The red color and it’s human behavioral influence are well known, and only play into this dynamic further.
