At what point did you realise there was no way the stadium would be ready in time?

A lot of people on here refused to believe that the stadium was running well behind schedule.

Some even going as far as to say we could open while building work was still ongoing. Didn’t matter the corporate levels were nowhere near ready.

I realised it wasn’t going to be done in time the first day I started which was a 14 months before the original opening date. The project was just too big to complete in the timeframe given.
I was on another spurs forum at the time and posted a few times as the posters in there were adamant that it would open on time. When I told them that there was no chance and it would open months later I got a lot of stick for it and even when it was late I was still wrong because it was delayed before of unforeseen circumstances 😂

Sounds familiar…..

Question if Okay
Have been a member of Spurs on and off for years. Finally hit the bullet and got ST's for me and my Son but could not get seats next to each- but got them approx. 20 seats away - -no big issue
Maybe next year, can see if we can get cheaper and closer seats.

The reason for getting ST was the complete pain of getting tickets online when it opens for members - would wait in queue, jump in and try and get 2 tickets but by the time it was in our basket and I tried to buy them, the system would report they have gone :( so would start again..

Looking through my loyalty points over the years - -they come and go - -is that normal - -i.e. i have 15 points, then they go - like below when I got my normal membership this year

just wondering as I would love to go to a few away games and believe you need to be a ST holder and have a few points - At present I look to have no points :)

Cheers again

As a new ST holder you have NO chance (legitimately at least) going to an away game. Your points have been reset.

You’re unlikely to get away tickets straight away unless we get a very strange away draw in the league cup… but people like Mrs Perryman Mrs Perryman have shown you can build up LPs over a few seasons through home cup games, gold scheme etc… so if you make the effort you will get your chance in subsequent seasons. The hardcore is large and loyal though so it takes time to break into.

We've had our STs since Wembley and it was only last season that we managed to get away tickets for games like both Manchester games, because they were midweek and on TV. Also got to Sheff Utd in the Cup ( and wish I hadn't!).
I think I'll lose some points this year, so it'll be nigh on impossible to ever get enough points for games where we only get 3 or 4 thousand. It's a bit of a closed shop really. :(

As a new st holder you will start on 30 points which if you become a gold member - sign up to automatically buying all home cup games - you will start on 40 points - you are not likely to get any away games to start with - attend home cup games (rather than just buying a ticket) will see your points tally slowly rise - worth applying for away games because there are normally a few returns which are offered to people who unsuccessfully applied - good luck

Good morning,

You do not need to delete your season ticket pass. It will automatically update before the start of the season with the new fixtures. You just need to remove it from your expired passes in order for it to be updated.

Kind regards
Tiffany

Hello,
Even if your pass is showing as expired in your phone's wallet, please be assured that it will still be valid for use.
You can attempt to move your pass into your phone wallet by following the below steps:

iPhone
Open your Apple Wallet app
Tap on "View Expired Passes" (you might need to scroll down if you have lots of passes in your wallet)
Select the relevant pass, and then select 'Unhide'
Now go back to the main Apple Wallet screen
Your pass should reappear

Android/Google
If your pass shows as “expired” then don’t worry, provided you do not sell it on Ticket Exchange or gift it via Ticket Share (Season Ticket Holders only), and you have the correct ACN when you click on the 3 dots or the “show details” button on your pass, then this will work on the turnstiles for the next game. Your pass is unique to you and your seat.
Your ACN will be confirmed to you via email in the days leading up to the game.
Kind regards
Tiffany
