So many people dithering about whether to renew or not, and can't say I blame them.
No way will you be able to 'forget' to renew, I've already had three reminders, and I'm waiting until after I get my May pensions.
Some people buy the ticket on credit cards, others on the scheme they run.
If you have work commitments or family commitments some games you can’t make.
Like I say the exchange has been running for years. It’s not an issue to me.
If renewals fall below 80% this summer then they might pay attention.
But I don’t think it will be that bad. People tend to renew when push comes to shove.
But we will see what the 35% poll results on here will translate to the real world.
Last year 17% out of 75 people did not renew. .
54 season ticket holders have voted this year. Which gives a similar sample size.
Don’t seem to be picking up many new season ticket holders on the forum.
A very good point, and it will be interesting to see if people do vote with their feet.
Enough is enough with this club, the ambition level set by the board is barely above zero, we have had enough of talking about a good game, but the club never delivers on it.
Not renewing for next season, been going to non league games this season and genuinely enjoying them more

Did those 17% out of 75 say they wouldn't renew or didn't renew? I'll be very interested to hear if how many of the "no" or "not sure" voters this time stuck to their guns or renewed anyway.
As for the one "not if the price increases" voter, that vote was cast some time after it was announced that prices wouldn't increase, so I'll assume they renewed...

But 20 no’s out of 54 is very high. Be surprised if it stays the same.

From 20-25 games a season to 10 this season as a Bronze member. There are shed loads of tickets on the exchange for Brentford.
I get the flexible benefits but the stadium atmosphere is absolutely DEAD. The sheer amount of day trippers is the primary reason why and that is because ST holders don’t go regularly and resell

The stadium used to be dead at WHL a lot as well. They didn’t really think about it properly when moving as now you get sporadic support here and there mixed in with day trippers and kids. A lot of older people went to the south stand as it was the cheapest area. But not noisy fans.
I gave up my ST as I was bored as hell in 423 and just started buying tickets in safe standing 250 area instead. Even that was a bit hit and miss for atmosphere.
Maybe not having the option of the exchange would stop as many ST sales. If that’s your goal?
But then who picks up those tickets? Day trippers, families and tourists. You just lose more legacy fans.
Yes I remember old May Pension, lovely lady, she use to stand in the shelf on matchdays.
After the game, can be fun with a Guinness and a Woodbine, glory days.
I'm switching down to a membership after six years as a ST for a variety of reasons, but the fact we've been dull for four seasons now and don't really seem to have a clear plan or direction going forward is playing a role for sure.
