Match Sheff Utd vs Yid Army FA Cup Wed 1 March 2023

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Be interesting to see the team Sheffield United put out - currently 2nd in Championship and getting promotion to PL would be massive, more so than progress in FA Cup - next natch away to 4th placed Blackburn, and although they have a bit of a points lead they certainly wouldn't want to lose.

IMO we need to rotate some players - plus try out Danjuma to see if we want him in the summer (possibly a swap for Lo Celso - both with Villareal)

Forster
Sanchez, Dier, Lenglet
Porro, Sarr, Skipp, Perisic
Danjuma, Richarlison, Son

Subs: Austin, Kane, Hojbjerg, Romero, Tanganga, Royal, Devine Moura
They will go for this, I'm sure. They have a good enough lead over Boro and silverware + promotion is an historical event, as they aren't winning that league this season.

We have to treat them with respect, but I'm confident we'll get a win.

Kane needs to start, resting him will send the team the wrong message. This is an absolute banana peel make no mistake about it. Rest Kane vs Wolves.
Not sure that’s the case with Richy, Son, Danjuma etc. chomping for places

If you are talking about Lucas starting it’s a different story

Sanchez and Tangana are a redline for me

Any chance we could start with the same team. Blast them out of sight in the first half and then make 5 subs? For once!
Im Not No Way GIF

Are you finally admitting that we should rotate PEH? 😂
I think we they're all good and we can't continuously play the same 2 combination as we are now light in that position. Skipp and Sarr proved they can be trusted (id also consider starting Sarr over Skipp because of Skipp's injury record).

Bottom line...i would start Sarr over either Hojbjerg or Skipp for this one.

100%. Skipp has played a lot of football in a short burst so i would rotate him I think

Having just three to pick from could see us rotate more than when he had five available (and Sarr/Skipp didn’t get a look in)

Would this be the same 'blast them out of sight in the first half' we've been so good at all season?

(in other words, we end the first half 1-0 down)?
Would make a refreshing change wouldn’t it.

Having said that, they’re riding high in the championship, winning more than losing. Will be a step up from Preston for sure. Probably no different than facing a Saints or BMuff at the moment. Would take a pedestrian victory with no injuries and enough minutes to keep the likes of Danjuma and Sarr vaguely interested.

I wouldn’t change the team too much. Change the wing backs, rest Kulu as he looks a bit tired and take Kane off if we get two up
