Correct I haven’t, but I’ve watched all our away league games and we’ve won 1 of them despite dominating 3.5 of the 4 games.

The away performance at Cov was as our worst of the season and Ferencvaros was good enough, but still a close run thing.

We need to be ruthless in front of goal, Leicester and Newcastle we were anything but
 
I still don’t trust our team away from home, especially when Son isn’t there.

Looking at the league table you’d think this should be a routine win, but Liverpool only beat them 1-0. We know we won’t keep a clean sheet so we cannot keep being wasteful like we have been in every away game except United.

I’d put Maddison on the left to replace Son with Sarr in the middle.
 
Win today and it's been a good start to the season.

I have a strong sense that Solanke gets s double today and if Maddison plays, that he will produce, whatever that means.

As long as we are controlled and concentrate, I don't see us losing but...

Wouldn’t start Sarr personally. Always think you need to be good in tight areas when you play at Selhurst. Can see Sarr coughing up the ball under pressure if he gets it back to goal. Maddison should be in for this imo.

I'm not gonna say the obvious and tempt fate, 'cos we haven't QUITE shaken the tag of "You know what" lingering doubt... especially after yesterday's raft of helpful results... We HAVE to take advantage.

...but wouldn't today be the PERFECT day to start putting that to bed altogether?!!

I've got faith and belief... and a nostalgic glow of optimism that we can DO this!
