INGLEWOOD, Calif. (March 20, 2025) - A historic run of Concacaf Nations League titles ended for the U.S. Men’s National Team, which was denied a chance to play for a fourth straight win by a 1-0 loss to Panama in Thursday’s semi final.

Sabotage mission’s in full swing

A caretaker will do until the end of the season. This is if we want any chance at winning Europa. With this being the first year with no teams dropping from the UCL to Europa, it's the easiest it's ever been - it's there for the taking. Spurs have been the bookmakers fav to win it since the beginning. We can worry about a long-term solution in the summer. Bring in Redknapp, do it now!!

Been watching Germany and I am dreaming of having Nagelsman as our manager. Yesterday against Italy (in Italy) the guy came out of the HT break and made quick double-subs and turned the game over, he dominated most of the 2nd half and won. The guy is a genius of turning teams fortunes around and making them competitive in short period (if not instantly) with limited budget, he also reads games brilliantly and makes the perfect subs and tactic changes 99% of the time, he also has good eye for talent and what talent fits where.

Levy should go ALL OUT to get this guy after the world cup next year. Even earlier, if possible.

Extended his contract in January to Euro 2028 so never gonna happen

sounds great but we can't wait a year to make this next decision.

Same reason Poch isn’t happening either. No chance he gives up USMNT as host for a World Cup.

No clue why we didn’t really try to get Nagelsmann when he was free but that’s a sailed ship for now.

Club needs to get creative and nail this one.
I thought we did enquire about him but he rejected it? Presumably he seemed to know the national team job is going to be available, that probably makes him waiting out for that and he nailed it.

There were reports that he was keen and ready to come. Then the club put out a weird statement denying our interest..,

Smacked of PR to hide another failed manager recruitment because we’d been knocked back or failed with Slot by that time as well.

If I’m guessing managers were asking if Kane was staying and not getting confirmation.

Emery is an interesting one - doesn't seem to get mentioned much on here, but when you look at the huge contrast of his Villa vs Gerrard's, I'm not sure what to conclude - is it more about Emery's quality or Gerrard's lack of it? Maybe both. :/
Very good cv. Wins trophies. Improves players.

Granted, his Villa have to be compared to Gerrards Villa, but the difference is amazing. He’s done well at most of his recent roles. Very surprised his name isn’t mentioned more in connection with us. Maybe people don’t think he’d be gettable or come here? I’d say he is and he would.

People just like throwing their money away don't they? I mean, what is Mason even doing there? If Levy wanted to go down that road he would have already started by sacking Ange and letting Mason see this season through. I think this applies to other managers that are currently out of the job as well. If Levy had his eyes on any of them, the guy would have been here already.

Mckenna is the darkhorse here IMO, as he seems to check most of the boxes. A young and upcoming manager with a Tottenham past whose head can easily be turned this summer due to Ipswich heading back to Championship. If Levy and co actually want to get him they will.

You are (almost) certainly right about Mason and most probably right about the other "available" candidates ...but it can be that candidates like Terzic and Xavi Hernandez are waiting for the summer to see if other and more attractive clubs than Spurs will need a new head-coach.

I think the pressure would be too great on McKenna. Would end badly and probably fast.
