Whoever comes has a job to do , a lot of bad habits to get out of players and work out who really wants to fight .

Not sure who I favor the most , but Glasner comes across as the most balanced and experienced and some success in multiple countries .

I don't just want someone who can simply be better than Ange but has clear and concise ideas on how to get us back where we belong .

I'm still 100% in favor of Silva, who by the way has the best record of the discussed Prem managers as of tonight, 27/4/2025. Engineered a win against Liverpool whereas we've done jack shit on that front, and seem to have gotten worse at potentially doing so.

Iraola and Glasner have my other votes though- especially Glasner I have taken a warming to lately.

Every team has massive hamstring injuries, why? I only started getting it when I went to the seniors league over 35, then I started taking a recommended multi vitamin religiously and never got it again. Strange.

Get Dyche in. Rebuild from the back. Our attackers can’t do shit if we are this disastrous at the back. So the team starts from the back. Make us solid at the back. Turn WHL into a fortress. Already we are playing better. We earn more points just doing this. Next is our attitude. Dyche will employ way more discipline than Ange. Clownish Heung min Son training ground behaviour? Gone. Capitulating the way we do every game? Over. Next is Dyches ability to work with limited funds. Initially Dyche will weather that storm, but move up the table and I think there will be more at his disposal. Dyche can work with limited funds and players, but will have more attacking options he didnt have at Burnley or Everton. Dyche will instill a father figure relationship. Not just “a coach” which is something these players desperately need. Start with the defence and work our way from there. Its easier to attack than defend.

Cmon guys you know it makes sense. Push for this. Start petitions. Get it done. Ill be advisor to the club. Levy are you reading? Forget the data analyst advisors.

Just Hire Dyche.

Tbh I find it a bit farcical reading iraola might reject us. Bournemouth ffs we cant even lure a manager to club. Offer 10 x salary ffs. That's how chelsea and city improved club on its knees. Money talks. Not dithering.

Scott Parker for me, will actually use the youth and have stability in games

I'm also in the group of anyone but Ange.

I'd even welcome someone like Moyes, that's how bad it is now.

I think it will be Poch.

I'm just not sure if that is the best option but it will certainly give the club a lift.

My issue with Poch still remains, he has a horrible knack of losing finals and big games.

However. compared to where we are with Ange, I'd just take getting back to fighting for top 4/5 again.
