Pochettino who in his last full season (his worst ever apparently by guys like you) got us 4th place and a runners up CL final.

Pochettino who got us champions league qualification 4 out of the 5 a bit seasons he was here with us.

Pochettino who got us a 2nd place finish.

All on a shoe string budget.

Pochettino who begged for players in his last new season, got fuck all, and then was sacked 2 months later.

Its a crushing defeat for you. You will never admit that Pochettino had us at the highest level this club has ever seen in the PL and has been desperately trying to attain ever since with countless managers. You refuse to admit Levy fucked up big time.

honestly I wouldnt expect you to get the Xavi nepo baby comparison. You come across as a low IQ individual who is consistently wrong on everything football. You still think Ange will turn it around 😂 iv honestly never seen any prediction of yours ever come true, and every take you have fails miserably.
 
Pochettino haters truly are a different breed. Completely disingenuous. Here you had a guy who essentially revolutionised the club, had us playing consistently in Europe and established us as one of the biggest forces in Europe. Had us playing some of the best football in the country, beating staple huge name European clubs consistently, all on a shoestring budget, even making net profits and not signing a single player (a PL record) in the transfers window at one point. Probably 2 world class players away from making us the dominant English club in the league, making us shit tons of money only to get stabbed in the back the moment he asked for new players. And even then, Pochettino has only ever had good things to say about the club.

And his haters who consistently try to rewrite history and bad mouth him are the same people ideologically responsible for us currently scrambling around like headless chickens near the relegation zone. And these people will tell you with a straight face we are better off without Pochettino.

Go figure.

He isn't flashy, he is just extremely balanced, well-rounded, and a well-drilled coach. In the vain of Pochettino. He isn't a hipster who is too self-indulged like some of the others on this list. And he's doing wonders with that Fulham squad.

Fulham are the one midtable team in the Premier League who you could back to win against any opponent - more so than the likes of Bournemouth and Brentford in my opinion. Fulham also a worse squad on paper than those two teams.

And if he wins the FA Cup, it would be a no brainer for me at that point.

After the past season of football terrorism we’ve witnessed on the pitch this season, who here is excited for the future? Iv never been more disinterested under Ange. The bloke is a bore.

Im very positive for the future in the sense it cant get much worse from here, and excited so see who we bring in. With the hopes it is Poch.

I'm excited for the future- we have a very good group of core talent that will develop in the next season or two. For sake of argument I'm going to pretend we sign Tel, and get rid of Richarlison, Son, Bissouma, Romero, and Johnson.

ST: Solanke, ST2, Lankshear
LW: Tel, LW2, Moore,
RW: Odobert, RW2, Yang
CAM: Maddison, Kulu, Donley
CM: Bergvall, Bentancur, Devine
CDM: Gray, CDM2 (Cardoso?)
FB: Spence, Udogie, Porro, LB2
CB: VdV, Danso, Dragusin, Vuskovic, Phillips

Selling the above mentioned players I figure would generate 125m or so, maybe more in funds. Maybe we can even do part exchange with Bayern, Son for Tel, and get the price down to 30m or so?

125m plus the squad above as a starting point? That should look like an amazing opportunity for any manager!

Ruthless hat on: Udogie, Bentancur and Dragusin can go too. I'd only keep Roddy for his experience in any case.

Rather we put 45m towards an Mbeumo or poss Semenyo (finishing leaves a bit to be desired). The Kids are definitely Alright but we need experience up there.

Former Barcelona boss Xavi Hernandez has confirmed he plans to return to management in the summer after taking a sabbatical from the game.

Xavi left Barcelona last year and has been linked with several jobs in the meantime but has made it clear he wanted to take a break from the sport.

The former Barca man has now spoken out about his future and is ready to give it another go.

“I plan to return to the sidelines this summer. I’m currently enjoying a sabbatical, but I’m eager to get back into coaching,” he told France Football.

“I’ve enjoyed watching Ligue 1 clubs this season, especially PSG, Monaco, Lille, Brest, and Marseille. It’s interesting to see the tactical approaches of coaches like Luis Enrique and Roberto De Zerbi. I’ve also been closely observing teams managed by Pep Guardiola, Arne Slot, Vincent Kompany, Xabi Alonso, and Mikel Arteta. Additionally, I’ve followed Tottenham, Newcastle, Nottingham Forest under Nuno Espirito Santo, and others.”

It’s not clear yet where Xavi will end up but the former midfielder has made his ambitions crystal clear as he targets the biggest trophies.

“My philosophy is heavily influenced by Johan Cruyff. It revolves around four principles: pressure, possession, positioning, and pleasure, to which I’ve added a fifth element: passion,” he added.

“My goal as a coach is clear: I want to win the Champions League, the Euros, the World Cup. Do I have any preference for a country or league ? No, I’m open to everything.”

Xavi won the Super Cup and La Liga during his time in charge of Barca and certainly may not lack for offers this summer after announced his intention to returen to the game.
