If those are the two options then I’d rather Iraola, not keen on Silva

Some people were saying that he wouldn’t want to come here because he’d have better options

I can’t see any jobs that would be coming up that would be tbh

Which club is breaking their balls to get Iraola out of Bournemouth right now?

They haven't won in 5 and look a very basic outfit with nothing really special or interesting about the way they play.

Very solid, mid table premier league outfit but if you ask anyone what makes them different or exciting all they say is performing above their resources...

Well, great. If/when they sell a few of their players who are outperforming their wages and ready for a step up, will they still be performing 2-3 places above average? What are the inventive and innovative things that will set Iraola apart then?

If Iraola got them in the CL then fair play but that's not happening and tbh it looks more like they don't get Europe at all.

Silva would be a mistake for me. Something about his personality is just too cold. The managers who’ve done the best here have a warmth to connect to the fans. Poch, Jol, even Harry, although he loved to tell us we’ve never had it so good.

Just read 3 different articles on Hoeness

Sounds like a pretty sophisticated tactician and has the football heritage. German coaches seem to fit well with the PL.

I could get behind it. Just for being interesting and something to wrap your brain around. Get him Stiller and Raum and it could work.
