Xavi right now feels like an opportunity to have got Xavi Alonso before he went to Leverkeusen
Looking around the big clubs that Xavi or Alonso would be interested in there’s not many that you’d think would be looking to change manager soon. Here you have us and maybe Chelsea and utd if they don’t start well next season. In Germany it’s only Bayern and that’s an option. PSG are flying. Is Italy a big pull for these guys when the PL will be an option.

I honestly have no clue whether we’d be of interest to these two or who could fix us!! It’s just been a shit show this season and I wouldn’t be surprised if we won the Europa as it will be a Tottenham thing to do considering we want Ange out 🤣

If he goes Chelsea we’ll have to call them Xavski or call him Chavi Hernandez

Farioli at Ajax was a De Zerbi assistant. Plays similar but less crazy and jumped up. Completely turned the whole club around at Ajax.

Even looking like he might have been the brains of the operation all along

Fabrizio Romano shares update on Tottenham managerial situation and Simone Inzaghi links

But, the journalist has played down rumours that have claimed that Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi could be heading to Spurs.

He said in a video on his YouTube channel: “It’s not over yet, but it’s a dangerous situation with Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham.

Spurs fans are not happy with the current situation. It’s really poor, 34 points in 30 games in the Premier League. In the Europa League, it’s a different story. They have an important clash against Eintracht Frankfurt. So, Europa League is saving the season for Tottenham and Ange Posteocoglou.

“The Europa League will be really important because if Tottenham win it, it could change the whole sense of the project – next season would be Champions League and a trophy finally for Spurs.

“Otherwise, the expectation is for a very concrete and strong chance for Tottenham to replace Ange Postecoglou.”

Speaking about Inzaghi, Romano said: “There are links with Simone Inzaghi, but I can guarantee that Inzaghi is completely focused on Inter and is not having any concrete conversations with Tottenham at this point.”
