This is the main problem for me, our inability to keep the ball. It puts our weak defence under unnecessary pressure all the time.
We should be dominating the ball at least 60/40 vs a team bottom of the league snd play a higher line keeping the ball and the opposition away from our goal more ie less defending and more attacking play and scoring more goals.
We can’t play the way we have with conte and Jose and be successful with this defence

I take the point. I do, however, blame Conte for the shitty defensive way we've played all season.
 
The stupid thing is, they 'opted out' of the FA Cup, 'cos it's SOOOOO beneath them, and they have absolutely no sense of history, 'cos most of them were born 5 minutes ago and don't give a shit about a Cup they've never heard of ... Fine. I get that, they're young.... They don't know what 1981 is.... they probably think Ricky Villa is something to do with Aston Villa... I get that...

But then to limp out of the CL was unforgivable, 'cos I thought that's what all of them LIVE FOR.... TO HEAR THE POXY FUCKING MUSIC (I'm not even gonna call it an anthem, cos it's shit) they grew up with it... It's the CUP THST EVERY CLUB PLAYS FOOTBALL FOR..... right?

...but then, after going out, how come they don't wanna get BACK IN to hear the fucking music again?

Today was everything that's wrong with us....

They thought the job was done, but were not intelligent enough to realise what club they're playing for, and missing the fact VAR will intervene to make SURE their favourite clubs finish above us...

Yet we've managed to make Gian Piero Ventrone's death a mockery, as (apart from the win against Brighton) I haven't heard ANYTHING about winning ANYTHING for him... Y'know, in his HONOUR!

It's like he never existed!

Didn’t watch the game, had a nice spin in a Bentley before wandering around the local countryside . Off to a charity do tonight for the homeless. Been a very pleasant day. Even cracked open a bottle of Veuve.

Consistently inconsistent but still in and around the top 5 places. Could have gone into the international break 3rd. Looks like we were 15 mins from doing it.

With a squad full of useless bastards is the common theme.
Taking that into account you have to say that Conte is different gravy. If only he would commit to a 5 year contract and Levy to spending £1billion I think we could win the league.

I’d like us to qualify for Europe no matter what competition, we’re hardly in position to turn our noses at any type of silverware! personally playing teams that are on a level with us that are further down their respective leagues is far more entertaining besides how many on here have said this that and the other about Barcelona ,Real Madrid, PSG or Bayern? Champions league is a cash cow feck all to do with football for us to compete with the aforementioned teams we need serious investment that just ain’t gonna happen, is it ? I’d be delighted if we won the Europa league
