Spurs to play in Sydney??

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

even so, the reporting liverpools game over here was fawning in the extreme. trust me, if we had filled the G and liverpool were 10k shy at the anz, the dippers would be reported like all of straya had turned up
Oh I'm not doubting the English media's fawning over the dippers. It seems every third pundit there is an ex-liverpool player and I can't think of one who isn't one-eyed when it comes to liverpool.

If Liverpool played a tour match and only 3 people turned up they'd claim that it was Obama, The Pope and Jesus Christ risen.

Amazing difference a year makes in football at the open training last year I barely recognised Mason, now in the team tonight Dier and Bentelab look like old stagers!

Winks looked good, I like him a lot, nice to see Yedlin get a run out he has some wheels, agree with above wish Carroll had more weight but never stopped modric, they can improve

A little bit disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the pregame festivities but overall it was pretty good.
Atmosphere was good however I think I got the true modern day White Hart Lane experience ( I did see a couple of cunts with a selfie stick), half of the people wanted to stand and sing and the other half just wanted to sit down and complain about those that were standing,
lol the 'stand up if you hate Woolwich' chant started up and everyone stood up but then a few idiots complained and started a ' sit down if you love tottenham' chant which annoyed the fuck out of me.

If you buy tickets in that section of the Stadium then expect to fucking stand and sing. I know I'm preaching to the choir here but it was just one thing that annoyed me slightly.
Oh well, I guess that I've just gotten too used to going to Western Sydney Wanderers A-League games and standing and singing for 90 minutes.

Anyway it was great to see them play, I loved it and I'm only now more determined to go to England on holiday for a month and see a few proper games at the lane and also away.

If you squint, you can almost pretend it's the CL trophy...
