Solanke isn't worth the money spent on.
I hate to admit this, but even Harry wouldn't have been able to score with Ange Ball. He'dve been injured.most of the time, as he always puts in 150% and 150% of a required 150% = injuries for sure. He would also not have received the services as Solanke hasn't either.

Ange is in over his head. He should ask for an early retirement. He isn't EPL material.

Ange is here till end of season. If levy sacks him now, a new manager isn’t gonna change injuries, silly suspensions, playing players out of position.

Would a new manager change to more defensive shape, 100%, but your still gonna be playing players out of position till end of month when the window closes. They will have no chance of bringing players in so what will it achieve?

It makes no sense right now. Bin the league off, go all out for the league, Europa and fa cup.

Whether you are Ange in or Out no one can deny his management of the squad has been absolutely shocking , players like DJed not getting a look in , even Austin looks a better goalie than FF but we are only seeing him today due to illness.
It’s like Ange doesn’t actually take part in any training sessions and hasn’t got a clue who is in the squad.
I’m at the point now where I think a new manager is key , we have some great young players and a half decent manager with a few windows can make us good again.

Fifty percent of our PL games have now been losses.

That is not all down to injuries.

If Ange is waiting for the return to fitness of the missing players then he is going to be waiting a long time. Does anyone think that all of a sudden we will have an injury free squad for the second half of the season playing relentless box to box football?

Taking bergvall off was a horrific decision. Feel like anything good we're currently doing is in spite of the manager, the players look uncoached. Look like 11 individuals. Think we should just end this now. Austin looked ok, better than forster, especially with the ball at his feet. No idea why he hasn't been playing tbh. Looked better at the back when dragusin went off, what a donkey he is. Johnson absolutely fucking abysmal.

Joelinton is a cunt. Levy is a cunt.

I did not like the decision to take Bergvall off either, but I do think we looked more threatening as a side after the triple sub than before.

Ange had no balls to drop Kulu. He's running on empty tank.

I do not like losing, but we are in the middle of an injury and illness crisis FFS! We're missing 10 senior players through injury, illness and suspension. Some of those starting today were playing with illness. 3rd choice GK making his PL debut. 4th choice CB Dragusin (with Romero, VdV and Davies out injured) partnering an 18 year old CM (Gray) playing out of position in the heart of the defence. Spence making only his 4th league start, playing out of position at LB (with Udogie injured). 18 year old Bergvall making only his 2nd PL start alongside 22 year old Sarr in CM. Who could possible have expected any kind of result against an in-form Newcastle (5 wins on the bounce, 18 goals scored, 1 conceded)? Anyone who thinks otherwise needs a reality check.

Positives:
  • Austin showed he is a decent GK and easily could have been the EL GK allowing Spence into the EL squad. Austin actually look better than Vicario on crosses and corners.
  • Gray continues to impress playing out of position at just 18 years old.
  • Bergvall looked very good and will develop into a really decent CM.
  • The players clearly played for Ange - he is going nowhere!
We're not the only club with injuries - Wolves have 9 players out and got a point at our place last week.

Brentford, Brighton and Bournemouth all have 8/9 players out - Chavs have 7 out.

What was the excuse for losing at home to ipswich and away at a winless Palace with fully fit squads?

Of course in juries have an impact but stop peddling the narrative that this is the only reason behind our poor form.
If you have injuries you need to adjust according to personnel which Ange never does.

The form post Chavs game last season has been abject so it is not down to injuries why we are simply not a good team.
Bad owners, poor recruitment policy and yes, a manager who is not capable at this level of getting the best out of the squad.
