Match Spurs v Barcodes. Saturday 4 January 2025 KO 12:30. Live on TNT

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

And we have just a U21 Czech goalie for 12.5M. That means we have 5 goalies at the club plus ones out on loan. Who is running the show it’s piss poor management especially as this guy will take a foreign spot.
Two have less than six months left on their contracts.

There’s been plenty of moaning about the drop off from Vicario and the club sign what looks like a talented keeper in the first few days of the window and you still moan!

Jeez you can’t please some people! 🙄

Also with a broken ankle there must be a slight question mark over whether Vic will get back to 100 per cent of where he was before the injury.

There's more to his game than just being a goalscorer though.
My reply was to what you said: "11 in 26 is quite regular, no?"

There isn't much more really to his game. He ain't a dribbler, great in assists, areal duel wins or holding possession of the ball.
7 goals and 3 assists in 17 PL appearances, 13th PL top scorer 24/25, Maddy has more goals and assists.

Fuck off.

You are embarrassing. A happy clapping seal, that’s all. Probably one of the people who chanted the frauds name while we were conceding six at home.

He’s not lasting much longer and thank god for that. If it was up to you and the cultists he’d be here for life and we’d end up perpetually stuck in the bottom half.

12th is what YOU deserve (you won’t even get that, we are headed for 15th) because you have no expectation and put zero pressure on the club to achieve anything. A perfect empty headed fan, a company man. Buy the food, watch another loss. Chant the losing coaches name, feel good about yourself. Rinse & repeat.

Some of our fans truly are pathetic & act like we are a Fulham level club. I despise some of you worse than Ange.
I hate them more than Levy , Ange ,Lewis etc

In some ways you have to respect their hustle , ripping fans off for every penny and getting away with providing a dog shit product

But these simpering arse wipes , stood on their soapboxs clapping away , feeling very pleased with themselves for being the bwested bwest fans in the world make me sick

5th is not working. With our revenue, we should be challenging for the title.
We sure should be challenging for trophies year in year out. Period.

The fact we never do shows ENIC & Levy haven't got a friggin scooby. And yet, you got Fixxies, Shadies and Goaties to let them go balls deep in their asses on a daily basis.

Come on you can do better than this.

Everything he does I feel is good, he's a good all rounder a very balanced player - doesn't really excel at anything, his stand out attribute is probably finishing but he'd doesn't get many chances in this team.

For comparisons sake look at Nunez for Liverpool, gets a bag full of chances but cannot score for toffee...if Solanke was missing chances like him then I'd expect him to be criticised but to criticise him for not even getting those types of chances is kinda off and tells me you're not really watching the football.

He's a big reason why we've scored so many goals as a team because of his work rate and his unselfish play where others are benefitting from that.

Has to be us right? We the embarrassing happy clapping seals. We make him feel the glory he couldn't get from the club.
gunnar nelson reasons GIF
I’d take a ‘happy clapper’ that shows some positivity, every day of the week, over a perpetual miserable bastard spreading toxicity with glee!

Nah, I'm just calling you out for what you are, a poster puts a perfectly reasonable post and you just reply 'embarrassing'. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

You contribute literally nothing to this football club, you admitted you don't go to any games under ENIC's ownership and they've been in charge of how many years? You're one of the biggest critics of the way the club is run, lack of money spent etc even though the money that goes into the club goes into team etc.

I'm happy supporting the club the way I do.

You'll never be happy, if we sacked Ange tomorrow I guarantee you would be on here moaning about the next manager.

You’re happy supporting our club because you’re Spurs unlike others trolling on here!

Oh give it a rest you great big misery.

If you actually went to a football match live you'd notice the fans in the stadium actually support their side whatever the conditions/circumstances, yesterday the atmosphere in the stadium wasn't of great doom and misery like you constantly want to make out.

Thank god fans like you don't ever put the effort in to go to match because to be quite frank your 'support' of this club is pretty embarrassing in itself.

Always excuses for other teams but can never make the same excuses for Tottenham.

You moaned last season when we finished 5th, so being down in 12th is what sad fans like you deserve.
Mate, he ain’t a Spurs fan. The glee, excitement and frequency of his posts betray his words when we lose. Disappeared at 17:29 yesterday and came back at 19:15. Wonder what was happening at that time

The mask is slipping so fast.

Mates of mine that would never want to hear things like that just text me one word during the game "fix".
I was posting this up a couple of years ago, got laughed at and accused of being a conspiracy theorist.

This is the most corrupt league on Earth, and will continue to be so as long as fans continue to deny the obvious.

EVERYTHING is slanted towards benefitting the biggest spending teams, the ones that 'enhance' the Prem brand on a global scale.

Corrupt refereeing, corrupt VAR, doping that gets brushed under the carpet (Liverpool having more asthmatics than an Asthma & Lung UK member list, and now Chelsea's form suddenly dropping rapidly after Mudryk gets pinged).

This country will never wake up to it though, so long as the money keeps flowing in and fans are more intent on counting each other off.

Incredible that not one pundit has the balls to notice the obvious coincidence of Chelsea suddenly losing duels and looking physically a level below after Mudryk got pinged. Not one of them wants to talk about Liverpool looking 3 levels above physically every week in the most physical league in the world, despite playing twice a week and miraculously never suffering any notable injuries.

Agree 100%, fans need to start calling it out, say the quiet part out loud. As Spurs fans what do we have to lose, it's not like it will ever be our turn if we just play our part and stay quiet.

They were talking about it on whatever channel I was watching yesterday & quoting the Scottish paper that pointed it out while he was at Celtic . It can’t be coincidence, that said I do think VdV is made of glass , Romero too unless it’s an international game , obviously

Hamstrings were most common injury in 23/24 EPL. It’s not just us.

I don't believe this is purely the case, only yesterday Arse got a dodgy decision against them in favour for Brighton so I don't think they are looking out for the big clubs at all.

I do though think the refs tend to want to create narratives and give headline decisions so they it creates talking points in order to put more eyes on the league as controversy sells.

I said before this league is a Hollywood league, it's all about the storylines and the narratives, what the refs can affect on a game to game basis, they're always the talking points of the league, that and VAR

So in that sense it is corrupt but they're not favouring a team but they are referring this league based on emotion and instruction instead of calling it down the line.

I’m sure they are but do you think some of ours are down to our style & training ?

There seems to be a history

Sure but they could have just as easily decided Joelinton arm was behind his body and he moved his hand to the ball. Because he did.

They’d have been perfectly justified to notice that the goal was against the logic of the Sport and used their interpretation of the law to rule it out.

But this week they decided not to. We all know that would have been different if it happened to Liverpool or whichever team they decide is getting more “respect” this season.
We were talking about the solanke "goal".

I can't workout why yesterdays was given.
