Performance was good, we did well to get back in the game. Zero chance we come back in that way if Ange were still in charge.
Showed fight, didn't panic, were the better side. Shame not to win, but given how the game panned out, a point is a decent result in the end.

Should never get on the pitch. Played with 10 men when he came on. Offered absolutely nothing. Why would any manager think putting him on at left wing? In fact why would any manager bring him on at all?
Tough game- i’m stuck at a mandatory work event so couldn’t watch focusedly, but they seem to have pounced on us with surprisingly athleticism and moments of quality. It’s too bad we let it get to two-down, but on the other hand we showed good qualities to get the game back to level and go home with a point.
Tbh it's a very, very difficult ground to go to. All the other big sides invariably struggle to win there.

Leaving Palhinha on after 70 mins cost us as he offered nothing in possession at all. Odobert was so much better than Johnson too. Good to see the backbone in the team to come back from two down though.
Simons showed he needs to play at #10 as well. I think our front 4 will end up being Kudus, Xavi, Muani and Solanke when all are fit. With Kulusevski, Maddison, Richy, Tel, and Odobert in reserve.
