Match Spurs v Brighton (Away) - Sat 20th September - KO: 3pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Our hardest game (on paper) for a month so I'll take a point. Should set us up to be top 3/4 going into the Chelsea home game in Nov.

Don't be ridiculous. With our back 5 starting we were Top 4 in league in ppg AND unbeaten in a European championship we won.

We have every right to expect a Top 6 finish.
I meant top 10 as more of a bare minimum, Europa places certainly a reasonable hope. Can’t get myself to reason we will do more than that with what’s present. The lack of a quality striker is glaring. Keeper not reliable. Certainly improvement and movement in the right direction

Sat in Brighton’s north stand today and despite being 4 pints deep, from what I could deduce I have no idea why they took Minteh off as it was clear they set up for counter. And I don’t know why Sarr didn’t come on sooner for legs in the middle of the park which by the end of the game looked like a chasm

Simmons looked great live although was at the opposite end of the pitch

Richi was at fault for so much breaking down

It’s true, but we’ve a new regime and new faces on the pitch, we should do better than putting ourselves in a massive hole even if we know we’ll get their best

Your logic is completely arse about tit.

We are a new project and a work in progress; therefore the fact that Brighton is a tough away game should not apply to us???

I think Minteh was injured

Much better level of general play and sharpness with the ball.
Was pleased frank made changes on the left hand side it balanced things out so much more and things looks much more fluid and natural.

Having played in Europe during the week and being 2 goals down against the run of play its a good result imo.

Tbh im generally more worried about home games where the onus and expectation is on us. Away from home suits franks and his style but we have to be more ambitious and daring at home v wolves.
