Match Spurs v Liverpool 16 Dec 20:00

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Pinning my hopes on Europa but it really feels like there is something in the DNA of this club that means we ain't ever going to win fuck all of any note.
I assume you're joking?

Have you ever taken a walk around our stadium? Ever seen the words "TO DARE IS TO DO"? How about "THE GAME IS ABOUT GLORY"? You've surely seen "GLORY GLORY TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR"?

It's ok to be angry after an unfair result, but don't spout nonsense mate. Sleep it off and like you say, you'll see it clearer tomorrow.

P6-W1-D4-L1-PTS7

That's Liverpool's away form.
No one should be in a state of shock because we didn't win at Anfield tonight.

Leagues in our hands. Can see us beating them at home.

They scored from a deflection and a corner, we had numerous guilt edge chances, Mourinho played it perfectly IMO

Go to Anfield and play expansive and you’re getting ironed out
Don’t think I suggested play expansive. But in the first 10 mins of the second half when we were more positive and pressed higher we created those chances you keep talking about
We created fuck all when sitting in that pathetic low block

Just watched Mourinho's 2nd interview....not sure I like him singling out Stevie B chances, that's killing his confidence even more.

I've got nothing against Bergwijn.

I just think JM has drilled him so much defensively, he panics in forward situations.

He makes great forward runs, but you can see the fear in him when he has the ball. He needs to find confidence again around the box.
He's had to change his game.

Also had a new kid and sleepless nights.

But his conditioning is now fantastic and has done amazing on his fitness which shows great desire and hunger.

It all just needs to settle and click for him now.

The ability is there.

He's under one of the best managers ever.

It will happen.

And breathe...not all bad we won XG this time I believe. We just have to admit how good they are; 66 games unbeaten at home in the league is unbelievable. We could have (maybe should have) won with our chances but they would probably be thinking the same if it was a draw. I still think they were much the better team but clearly some disagree.
Actually looking forward to Leicester now. I think we will see a response.

Bollocks, they were better than us and deserved the win
Perhaps if your dearly Jose wouldn’t have played a poverty low block for 80 mins we could have gotten more out of this game
We created more clear cut chances than them and had they gone in we would have won 4-2 and you would have been lauding Jose along with the rest of us

Their first goal was an absolute fluke

Best team lost
Clearly

It's really frustrating, we've been the better side in practically every game we've played this season, but we had to lose to our biggest title rivals.
Shit happens though, like I said before in full Andy Townsend mode, that's football. If Harry's header had been a bullet stylee goal bound unstopbable rocket like Firminho's, this dialogue would be going on on their sites, and fair enough, they would have thought they deserved a point, yadda yadda yadda, and they would have been right, from a neutral's eyes.

I thought we played really well, I wouldn't change a thing if I somehow became a brilliant football manager. In boxing terms, their fighter won 99-97, there's no shame, no blame to anyone. Well done, great header, pick ourselves up and carry on. Be that for League, FA Cup, League Cup or UEFA Cup glory, who knows.

The key thing is that tonight defines none of those things
