I have to say, as much as todays game leaves more to be wanted, I feel the need to point out a few things
1) Mason is just doing what the team knows...for now. Imagine how he feels. In less than a week, the guy went from training the under's to literally being thrown in the hot seat. In the course of...two days? He knows that there's a certain style we expect and he did try looking at today's line up. Needs to find the players who are going to click and if the dressing room is a whole new environment because of Jose leaving them the moral boost would also come along with a skill boost.
2) the ESL must've taken up most of the discussion between players for 3 days. You could see in the Chelsea game how distracted their players were yesterday.

Refreshing to see us actually playing football, I have actually enjoyed watching us instead of being bored to fucking death and this is after just one training session.
So happy for Ryan as well, he's a yiddo and loves the club and I really want to see him succeed for the rest of the season for the club and for his own career.
