He's also probably working through a shoulder injury. There was that period in early November where he landed awkwardly on his left shoulder in like 3 straight games. And then the period were opposing players kept yanking said arm.

A shoulder is not pivotal to playing football. But playing hurt is never fun no matter the body part.
