What's the point of having a huge multi-million dollar training facility to help develop young players if we're never going to fucken play any of them when players aren't performing? Seems like a huge waste of money. Might as well have just bought a couple of local pitches and just had the same 20 odd senior players down there training. The academy has been a huge waste of time over the past 5-6 years. Not everyone will make it, but we don't even give any of these kids a go.
