It wouldn’t take much to sort us out into a decent outfit. I reckon it would take two weeks to retrain this lot into a 4231. Yesterday the players looked to be playing with a bad formation, lacking confidence and motivation. If we brought any competent manager in (eg. Poch) who is good at motivating a group and breeding togetherness then we would pick up performances and style very quickly.
I thought we’d win yesterday because I knew the fans would keep the players motivated.
Bullying is targeted and persistent. I personally wouldn't class name calling or insults as bullying. Especially in an environment that you can avoid. This isn't really life - you can actually avoid it here.
Free speech includes all forms of language, vulgar, aggressive or otherwise. This is the internet, it's not a civilised country.
There are other forums were you can have what you are asking for. Expecting this one to change to be more to your liking isn't going to happen.

It's there already but we are shackled by injuries. Decent run by Hojbjerg and a nice weighted pass by Sonny to him. The pass from Hojbjerg was not square it was cut back quite sharply to avoid the defenders, intelligent and well executed.
We have some young players coming through which give different options and freshness. Gil, Sarr, Porro, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Richi, Danjuma, Devine, Mundle and more.
I think we will see more flair and energy in the near future. But we have to fight through this weird phase. The players seem up for it and behind Stellini.
Stellini is not the man to take us forward I know but good luck to him for now .

I’d play 3-5-2 and play deki in behind Kane and Danjuma. I’d also start Sarr for Skipp. Just a wee tweak to the formation and freshen it up will change it. Deki will be better from central playing more free rather than the wing. He’s doing too much work 60 yards from the opposition goal rather than 30 yards from their goal. By playing that formation he’d also go and play against the opposition’s deepest midfield player and then we don’t get outnumbered in there. It also gives the back 3 the option of missing our midfield 2 and going into him which then quickens up our play. Danjuma can stretch them and Kane can do what he does. I hate the 3-4-3. Too easy to play against,very one dimensional going forward and we don’t ask enough questions of opposition defenders
