Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Take the night off bruv. You've been trying to piss on everyone's chips for weeks now.

If you can't come on here to enjoy the win, then just let those who do want to enjoy the night get on with it.

Wtf are you on about? I've literally posted how proud I am about tonight. I haven't pissed on your chips, Ange has with the shit results for a very long time.

Can still celebrate tonight. All I said was we need two new attackers ffs. Stop trying to have a pop for basically no reason.

I mean, he probably should have been sent off.

But that just makes it all the sweeter.

Drink the tears. Bathe in them.

Agree. Also “player x was lucky to not get a second yellow” is a sentence I could type for 60 percent of matches each weekend.

Of course this time it has ruined football forever.

After looking at the highlights again, I realize the difference Djed Spence makes to the system. He inverts and goes up but nowhere near as deep as Udogie. He's there to assist Son but doesn't end up in the box at every available occasion. It makes a huge difference because he is able to track back quick enough to join the CBs defending the Counter attack. If one looks at the amount of space Salah had this game, it was nowhere near as much as our 6-3 drumming. If Ange sticks to this and leaves Porro wider, he'll solve alit of the squads problems.

We wasted a window with the Johnson signing. 50m and we already need to upgrade him.

65m gets you a Solanke so there's evidence it can be done right.

Two signings would transform our attack. A starting wide forward and proper CF rotation for Dom (Richy needs to go and Ange doesn't trust Lankshear). This also means Odobert and Moore stepping up and playing bigger roles next season.

Son and Johnson become squad players.

LW: Odobert, Son, (Moore)
CF: Solanke, Jonathan David
RW: Muani, Johnson, (Moore)

Absolutely. Two top signings in attack, surround Solanke, and we are cooking, regardless if that is under Ange or a new top manager.

Just madness we wasted so much on Johnson. We spent that on basically nothing more than a reserve. No big deal if you are Liverpool, City or Chelsea, but we rarely spend like that so when we get it wrong it's awful.

A pop?

Read it again, you've been on a mission for weeks to make this forum as miserable as it can get, then you bang on about a "disgrace" when we've just had a great win. Prior to that, you were whinging about how we were doing nothing at half time.

Spence, MOTM? Quite possibly. Bergvall too - and not forgetting Dom. Porro had an excellent game, as did Radu.

Yeahhh!

Can people see now how a clean sheet and winning 1 nil can be every bit as fucking good, if not better as playing these chaotic games where we concede 3 but hope to score 4.

Ange has to learn from this, and make us more balanced and solid.

It's the way forward.

I'd take a clean sheet most weeks and winning 1-0 or 2-1 as opposed to getting battered 6-3 or winning 4-3 but conceding goals like crazy.
I think our performance is being massively overrated.

Hardly layed a glove on Liverpool and this is our home leg. LIverpool will do this all night, hope to nick a couple or take us back to Anfield at nil nil.

Once LIverpool start to play, watch them blow us away....

We haven't created a single chance at home in the first half, no I don't think we have done well.

Remember the impetus needs to be with us this leg, as it stands Liverpool will be fucking delighted with this.

Our standards are so low under Ange, fans are praising us for looking "solid". Our attack in particular tonight looks absolutely awful.

Oh I'm sorry, I thought we would get battered after the 6-3 last time, and now I should praise us for not creating a single chance in the first half of a home semi final? Your standards are in the fucking gutter.

We look like going out with a whimper. Wasting home advantage and we will be mauled at Anfield. Clown.

Ange needs to make changes, you can feel the Liverpool goal is coming

Anyone watching Bergvall, Gray and Kinsky today that doesn't think we are on the right path needs their head testing.
Our young uns looked the part tonight. Spence had Salah as quiet as he has been all yr. Bergvail gets a winner, albeit riding his luck. Gray, a child, thrown in at CH and looking the part, what a prospect, except he is no longer a prospect and the real deal.

Good games from Porro and Solanke as well.
Good second half from Bissouma as well.

And almost forgot about arguably the motm and on his debut, well done to our new keeper.

I presume there's been discussion about Bergvall not being sent off. To my mind, it makes up for the number of times they clattered us and bugger all was done about it.

Sometimes the cookie crumbles that way - and the bloody ref gave them hours of extra time to get a goal ffs.
