Good move for Alfie Devine and wish him every success, I think he's one who can step up to first team, maybe next season

At the same time I'm a little concerned the first team maybe short with no 4th CB and no dedicated LB back up. I had a contingency plan in my mind with adding Alfie Devine (both DLP and AM) to the squad also allows Archie Gray to cover CB and RB without reducing midfield depth and with Gray able to cover RB, less pressure on Spence to cover LB. Of course that only works if Ange is prepared to ensure Alfie gets say 800/1,000 minutes playing time otherwise its best for his development to go to a loan. And maybe Ange has decided he has enough players and can't guarantee Alfie the minutes which has resulted in his potential loan.

Palestine ffs. Son really going against some heavy hitters this time.

Agree, and the fact they have not yet joined Spurs officially is very likely the reason why Spurs didn't include them first time round. No harm in asking though !
