He seems like a right clown judging from the documentary. I get why Levy loves him because he's got the same sleazy car salesman vibe of sneaky incompetence.
I love how they were acting as if they had pulled off some genius scouting job when they were singing Bergwijn in the doc too. Saying how the guy was the perfect, technical player with the right personality and the future of the team as if he was the next Robben or Ronaldo.
We've barely made a good transfer since we bought Toby, maybe it's time to get some competent people to lead the recruitment? 100s of millions spent on utter trash.

Gripes should be with Levy imo. Bergwijn is the only player in recent times where I think Hitchen has been the instigator. Most others are deals that land on Levy's lap, or manager driven signings.
I really doubt he's had a huge amount of say in what players we bring in, and perhaps that calls into question why have him at all, but I find it hard to slate Hitchen when I don't really see his fingerprints on who we've signed.

Ndombele has serious quality and Poch wanted him. Had the team been in the state it was in 2017 when Ndombele joined, I think it probably goes down as a successful transfer. Players we've signed these last few years have been plonked into a swamp.
Everyone still kinda clings to the notion of these guys as best mates, but there seems to be a lot of evidence that we have an absolutely toxic dressing room, right up to our biggest leaders and best players.
I'm not emotionally equipped enough to listen to it again but pretty sure Hugo mentioned it in his interview after the Zagreb fiasco.
