Had the best day ever, went on the Legends Tour with Mr P today. Great stories and just being in his company was just heaven.
Most of the people on the tour were a certain age and we had a great time reminiscing and moaning about social media. The question I asked was did he think Sonny was a good captain, to which he replied that Sonny was a good Club captain but not a leader on the pitch. and he didn't think that we had one at the moment. His language got a bit fruity at times, But his admiration and respect for Bill Nick and The General was plain to see. Poor sod had writer's cramp at the end of it, as I asked him to sign a mountain of stuff.
I managed to get a kiss and a cuddle at the end, I was on cloud 9 all the way home.

Now I must get some kip as I have to be up at 3am tomorrow.

Stevie P is a total legend.

Glad you had a great experience.

My sons bought me tickets for a Mr P Legends Tour in September for my 70th. Really looking forward to it.

So he's happy to sign stuff at the end? If so I thought I'd take a couple of programmes from finals he played in, and maybe one of the many stadium flags I've kept.

You'll love it, I took four things for him to sign, you also get a chance to have photos in the changing room and media room that he'll sign - of course I had both :)

Did the Legends Tour with Steve Perryman this Thursday. We had a small group, so it was pretty much a Q&A the entire time. He shared some stories you can't read about in any Spurs book. Just the nicest person you'll meet, very genuine. Was in awe the entire time just to be in his presence. Was interesting to get his take on some of our current squad, but I'll keep it to myself LOL. He even wished me a safe trip back home 😃

(Would love to know what he thought about yesterday and whether Cuti is captain material).

Thought you meant me, but hey ho. However, I believe today happens to be the patron saint day of 'older-men-with-boyish-good-looks', and I make sure everyone knows it.

Been singing '61, never again' all day. Gooner friends looking at me as though I'm retarded.

Oh yes, happy birthday too, Skipper.
