They should coincide the Bale leaving announcement directly with the Lamela signing announcement and a photo of him holding up the no. 11 shirt just to ram the point home.

I think we need to do it like that too, because else it might put a bit too much pressure on Lamela as the "Bale replacement". If he and Erikson and the other guy who I haven't learnt to spell yet, are all photo'd together then that'd be great. Last time we did that with three players (that I remember), Bale was one of the three (along with Kaboul and that guy we spent way too much money on).
 
So please correct me if I'm wrong, but does Lamela not become our record signing including the add-ons? Or is that only once we do pay any amount of that add-on that would push the amount over Soldado's fee?
 
I have been really ill and have been stuck in bed the past two days, so have not been able to follow the Spurs news. Being able to come on here and see all this has brightened my mood immeasurably and I've just been on a rep-binge on all you loveable cunts. :ledley:
