It's a team game and unless you got crystal tits you can't tell how they would fit into the team or how we will fair against the mancs.
My opinion is simply based on their lack of experience and work with Poch and the first team.
Common sense tells me that Bastian Swcheinsteiger will fair better than Alli or Carroll would.

Probably because Woolwich started paying off their debt (Which handicapped them), gain at least £100mil more than us per year and as a result can now splash out £40 mil on a player and not blink.

Of course. I always thought we should use him more.
Eriksen gets devotion because he's a match winner. Sure, he can be a passenger. He can go missing. He can be entirely ineffective for large periods. But for that one moment, he is good enough, and he has the bottle, and we win the game.
He reminds me of VDV in that respect. Not the quickest, not the strongest, and won't influence a game for 90 minutes - but when they do it's devastating...game changing.
We have plenty of players that look ok for 90 minutes but don't actually offer anything that is going to win us a game. Not many players are consistent from August to May. He, like many, was overused - and it showed.
With all due respect Sammy: Ade is as useful as tits on a bull at the moment and as popular as a turd at a kids tea party!
He should be sold, without doubt because Poch wont use him, and therefore he has become a complete waste of money and seems not interested.

I also noticed this sudden change in behavior - luckely we only have one year left on his contract. Especially a pitty considering all the human qualities he adds to the dressing room. A true rolemodel to anybody on and off the pitch.
