I guess I'm just less enthused about signings, as Poch doesn't really use them anyway. Out of all of the ones he's made, very few have actually made it into the first team. He seems to think depth comes from the academy by choice rather than necessity?

I'd be more worried if our support becomes self entitled insufferable pricks tbh. The Goons end up with an FA Cup consolation most years and get a run out in the £$€ Euro Cup. They lose or draw a match and cue Arse TV meltdown and airborne banners. Arse have spent a few quid just not with the abandon of the exploited mineral wealth clubs.

Minimum requirement is to play good football, compete and put in the effort.

Competing on four fronts gets trotted out a lot, but what exactly does it mean? Get to a final in three cups and winning the league? If not then what is acceptable? "Touching distance of a trophy" you must mean getting to a final because we got to a semi-final the season just gone and a final the year before last, yet still the blood boils in you. Just looking for clarity, its much better to put it out there now.

Judging by Pochettinos latest comments I think we will definitely sign a couple if players. It's just waiting for the players who offer an improvement to what we already have.
