I think the big issue is that both Janssen and Soldado had been good in other places during their careers.

Sissoko's issue was he wasn't a player we needed £30m being dropped on, had he cost £15m I think we the fans would have been fine with it. Instead he's our joint record signing and never really set Newcastle alight, had a decent Euros and we somehow got desperate to sign him. Would have been better to have not signed him at all. I doubt he'll be missed by the fans or players alike.

Cut Janssen som freakin slack? He is 23 years(TODAY) old who just made his first big move to a top club in PL. He has been competing with the PL top-scorer. I promise all of you that doubt him that MP didnt bring him in to deliver at the first season. At least give him this season before you start moaning.

Really? I'd have still thought he was fucking shit if he had cost £3 million. The likes of Rocha and Rasiak were both pretty cheap, I don't remember anyone thinking they stunk the place out any the less because they didn't cost us much.

I couldn't care less how much players cost, it's not my money
