You say that now, but when next year's title is drawn on points, GD, GA and record against each other maybe you'll notice:

"Premier League rule 13A sub 44:
In the event of a complete tie, the title winning team will be decided by a debate amongst its fans over who was their first choice right back at the end of the preceding season. Points shall be awarded for repetition, strawmanning and general cuntery for no good reason"

The European Union has recently announced that anything with the word milk in it that doesn't come from an animal will be renamed "juice". For example, "coconut juice".

Imagine going into a shop and asking for some nut juice. Depending on which way you swing, that's either a little embarrassing or border-line propositioning.

Anyway, you guys carry on with your cunt offs, I'm off to get me some nut juice :ledleylick:

For the sake of your argument it's a shame he was smashing it even before he went to Monaco let alone just last season and went for £45m

2016-17
58 games
11 goals
12 assists

His "stand out season"

2015-16
44 apps
7 goals
3 assists

Not bad, but not £60mil worth.

2014-15
45 apps
10 goals
4 assists

Pretty good, but still not £60mil worth.

2013-14
41 apps
7 goals
7 assists

Again, pretty good.

It seems like over 4 years he's been around the same level and other than 2016-17 no massive jumps in performance. I'm not saying he's shit, but if I was going to spend £60mil it wouldn't be on him. I don't think any of those numbers are "smashing it", but they're decent.

As for price, " it has been reported to amount to €50 million (£43.5 million), plus a potential €20 million (£17.5 million) in performance-related add-ons.". With the way City throw away money those add ons won't be hard to get.

Again, it was £45,000,000, he's 22 and single handedly dismantled us at Wembley
