Yes, of course Messi and Draxler would help, but we're always going to be realistic with our targets, and right now, anyone within our price range boundaries probably wouldn't improve what we've already got... and would be expected to slot into the SQUAD , not waltz into the 1st team.
That takes some persuading, and a certain type of attitude.
It doesn't mean it has to cost the earth, but it does take some finding.
